Founding Partners
Geoff Finch, CFP®
Geoff grew up near Toronto, Canada, and graduated from Brown University with a Biology degree in 1994. After a brief professional hockey career, Geoff spent over 20 years working in the agricultural industry at Wenger Feeds. With growing roles from Purchasing, through becoming COO (in 2008) and then CEO (in 2016) of this 350-employee agribusiness, Geoff helped guide the company through strong, consistent growth and profitability. In recent years, Geoff has worked with startups in the agricultural space before joining up with Frank to start up Harmony Road Advisors. Geoff has always had an affinity for the financial planning world, taking great pride in cultivating high-integrity relationships while coming up with unique solutions to his clients’ various needs. His 20+ years of being a leader in the business community allow him to connect well with the experiences of Harmony Road clients.
Geoff obtained his MBA from Loyola University in Maryland in 2000, and is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) professional. He and his wife and two daughters live in Elizabethtown, PA.
Frank Collins, CFP®
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Frank is a Founding Partner of Harmony Road Advisors. As a Certified Financial Planner™, he is responsible for overseeing planning and investments, as well as developing new business opportunities. Prior to Harmony, Frank was a Market Executive and Director at Merrill Lynch and a founding partner at Avantra Family Wealth. He was named a top 100 director in 2014 by On Wall Street, a top recruiter at Merrill Lynch in 2011, and a top 25 director at Merrill Lynch in 2004. He was also named to the Charles E. Merrill Circle in 2001 as an advisor.
Frank earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University with a double major in English and History. He serves on the Board of Advisors at Hershey Country Club and he and his wife, Mary, support local organizations including the Hershey Symphony, the Associated Friends and Family of Penn State, and the Hershey Food Bank. In his free time, Frank enjoys playing tennis and golf, as well as writing – he is a produced playwright and is currently working on a novel. Frank and Mary have three children and reside in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.
